Survey: Right after the purchase, you will receive the survey I use to gather feedback from everyone within the company to assess the state of the organization in terms of the New Work by Design key practices. Ask everyone to fill out the survey and bring the results to our session.
Schedule: You will also receive a link to book a 60-min session with me.
During our session
Analyze: We'll have a look at the survey results and interpret them together.
Interview: I will ask you questions to identify current pain points and where you want to be with your organization.
Conclusions: I will advise you on what I see as your path forward and next steps. Together, we outline a path.
After our session
